With over 60 islands, rocks, and cays comprising the British Virgin Islands, warm year round sea temperature, ample sunshine, it is no wonder there are abundant recreational activities for the family.  Water sports of all types ranging from snorkeling and swimming to paddle boarding and kayaking to sailing and boating to extreme sports such as windsurfing, kite boarding and surfing provide ample opportunity for fun and adventure.  Deep sea fishing, flyfishing for bonefish and tarpon are also available.

Land based activities include exploring historical sites and national parks (Gorda National Park abuts Sea Song), nature trails, and cycling.
